Lunch & dinner, lunch & dinner

More dinners made from the London Broil we grilled on Monday: 
• Wednesday: London Broil on a big bed of red leaf lettuce with vinaigrette, homegrown tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles. 
• Thursday: London Broil stir fry with green peppers from the garden and baby portobello mushrooms from YDFM (side of baked sweet potato).

Lunch (x5): stewed black beans with a dollop of Greek yogurt

  1. Love black beans! I need to try them with the Greek yogurt. Never thought about doing that, but I bet it's yummy. (I've been eating black beans almost every day since I hurt my back-- no appetite, but I can get them down and they keep me full for a long time, so it's a win-win.)

    But I'm happy to hear you also like black beans! The Greek yogurt is a perfect fill in for sour cream. Adds a nice creamy component to each bite.
